How to sign up:

  1. click the 'rewards' button in the bottom right corner of our website
  2. press the 'join now' button. if you already have an account with us, press 'sign in'

How to earn points:

  1. click the 'rewards' button in the bottom right corner of our website.
  2. press the 'ways to earn' button.
  3. press the task you wish to complete.
  4. when you have completed the task you will receive your points.

How to spend points:

  1. click the 'rewards' button in the bottom right corner of our website.
  2. press the 'ways to redeem' button.
  3. if you don't have enough points, the rewards will show a lock next to them.
  4. when you have enough points to redeem a reward you will be able to select the reward you wish to receive and you get an email with a code to use on our website.

Do I have to spend money to earn points?

  • No, there are many ways to earn points without having to spend a penny!
  • Liking/following our social media pages earns you 10 points per social media platform.
  • You can refer friends and earn 1 point for every £1 they spend *new customers only*
  • You can share our website on Facebook to receive 50 points

How do I check my points?

  1. click the 'rewards' button in the bottom right corner of our website.
  2. press the 'log in' button.
  3. when you are logged in your points will be shown at the top of the rewards

How do I refer a friend?

  1. click the 'rewards' button in the bottom right corner of our website.
  2. press the 'refer your friends' button.
  3. copy your referral link.
  4. send link to a friend or share it on your social media.
  5. your friend will receive 10% OFF their order.
  6. you will receive 1 point for every £1 they spend.
