Mollie Cosmetics Delivery Information

At Mollie Cosmetics, we aim to provide you with prompt and reliable delivery of your products. Our shipping policy outlines the details of our shipping process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers.

Order Dispatch Times:

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday* before 3 PM are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the following working day.

  • *Excludes bank holidays.

UK Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • Second Class Delivery £2.99: Arrives within 2-4 working days from the dispatch date.

  • First Class Delivery £3.99: Aims to arrive the next working day but may take 1-3 working days.

  • Next Day Delivery (Weekday) £7.99: Arrives the next working day. To qualify, orders must be placed before 3 PM from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday.

  • Saturday Delivery £10.00: For special delivery, place your order before 3 PM on Friday to receive it on Saturday.

Please keep in mind that our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM. Any orders made after 3 PM on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. No orders will be processed on bank holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website to stay updated on the delivery status.
